Two friends who met at TechTO founded this startup to bring affordable wind turbines to residential homes in Toronto, Ontario. The aim was to capitalize on their mechanical and aerospace engineering backgrounds to make a consumer product that was 3kW or less so that a building permit would not be required but would still qualify for the $1.8 billion of subsidies issued under the recently launched Ontario, Green Energy Act, 2009.
Outcomes:
Developed the first Business Model and Business Plan to secure a startup loan from the Bank of Development Canada
Advised the team during the product development cycle to meet subsidy requirements and municipal building code.

This seed-stage company was built in Toronto with the purpose to improve initial budgeting and scheduling estimates for enterprise-level technological transformation projects, such as the Digital Infrastructure initiative. The company was founded by consultants from BCG, Deloitte Digital, and IBM that have advised multiple Fortune 500 companies to adopt cloud services only to see their projects scrapped due to low end-user adoption rates. The company moved to Boston during the pandemic as part of a Series A raise.
Outcomes:
Advised the team during prototype development on product benchmarking, industry insights, and customer journey implementation plans
Trained the new hires on sales strategy and implementation best practices.

Born out of the pandemic crisis and the huge influx of dog ownership during that period of time. This Toronto-based dog-centric events company started off hosting 30-person events and by 12 months later was hosting 500+ person events all around the city and in private functions. They dominated all the local 3rd party social media outlets. They were featured multiple times on local television for their community-focused fun and hip events such as single nights, comedy nights, and puppy yoga.
Outcomes:
Connected, developed, and closed a partnership agreement with Toronto Life media. The largest local media publisher that targets affluent communities in Toronto.
Advised the founders on venture capital prospects, new sale verticals, and business development.
